You pay per language and hour. The rate depends on your plan (Small: 11 euros, Medium: 10 euros, etc.) and is billed to the second. Listener hours are included up to your plan's allowance; beyond that, each one costs 10 cents. If nobody is listening to a language, billing for it stops after 30 seconds.

One listener hour is one person listening for an hour: 50 guests at a 90-minute service make 75 listener hours. Every subscription includes an allowance that covers the vast majority of our customers, 250 hours on the Small plan alone. Only beyond that does each extra hour cost 10 cents.
