This Cookie Policy explains how Streamlingo GmbH (hereinafter "we" or "us") handles cookies and similar storage technologies on our website. Protecting your privacy is important to us.
2. Browser Storage on this Website
This website sets no cookies. We keep a few settings in your browser's storage (localStorage), and only once you make them yourself:
streamlingo-locale: the language you chose in the language switcher, so that we do not automatically redirect you to another language.streamlingo-pricing-country: the country you chose on the pricing page, so that prices stay in that currency.streamlingo-launch-2-0-bar-dismissed: that you closed the notice bar at the top of the page.
These entries contain no identifier that could be used to recognize you. Only the chosen country is sent to our server when the pricing page requests the prices for it. They are strictly necessary for the function you requested (Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG) and do not require consent. They remain until you delete them in your browser.
3. Streamlingo Platform
For logging in to our platform (app.streamlingo.net) we use Firebase Auth. To maintain your login session and ensure the security of your account, Firebase Auth uses web storage technologies such as localStorage or IndexedDB in your browser. These technologies are strictly necessary for the provision of our service and do not require consent.
4. Analytics with Plausible (cookieless)
To analyze website usage, we use Plausible Analytics. Plausible is a privacy-friendly service that uses no cookies, stores no personal data, and is operated exclusively on EU servers. Only aggregated, anonymous statistics are collected (for example page views, referrers, countries, device types). No consent is required for this under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). 5. No Third-Party Services in the Browser
We do not embed any third-party services on this website that set cookies. Prices in your local currency are requested from our payment provider Paddle by our own server; your browser has no contact with Paddle. This is also why we do not show a cookie banner.
6. Your Choices
You can delete the entries listed in Section 2 at any time in your browser settings. The website keeps working afterwards; it simply no longer remembers your choices.
