Which payment methods are supported?

We support credit card, PayPal, direct debit and invoice.

What do I need to use Streamlingo?

You need a computer or laptop that you connect to your audio equipment. This works via XLR, USB cable, Dante or other connections.

Can I switch between event plans?

Yes, you can flexibly choose between the Small, Medium and Large plans for each event and only pay per event. That way you adapt your plan to the needs of the event.

When do I receive an invoice?

As soon as your payment is received, an invoice is automatically sent to your stored billing address. You can change the address in your settings.

Do I have to commit to specific languages?

No, you can switch and select languages spontaneously, depending on which languages your listeners need.

You pay per language. The hourly rate depends on your plan (Small: 11 euros, Medium: 10 euros, etc.). Billing is to the minute, so you only pay for the time actually used. If a language is active but nobody is listening, nothing is charged.

Can I also use Streamlingo for video conferences?

Yes, but only for monologues, when one person speaks and others listen. Listeners just need the link or QR code to join. A dialogue is hard to support.

Can I use Streamlingo for group conversations?

We don't recommend it, since only one input language is supported at a time. In group conversations you'd constantly have to switch languages, which degrades the experience.
